Scope

Full renovation of four-storey over basement office building including office floors, a reception area and communal areas. Also, full M&E installation, and reconfiguration of the basement from existing storage area to accommodate new shower rooms and changing facilities.

Innovations

Delivered to the client’s expectations and on time, we used light fittings as access hatches to reduce the number of ceiling access hatches.
