Scope

Contracted to complete a full internal and IT fit out including Directors’ offices, meeting rooms, comms and printer/storerooms, and a kitchenette area, whilst the premises remained open to commercial tenants.

Innovations

High-end Bene glass partitions were sourced from Austria and installed to create a bright open-plan environment, as per the client’s requirements.

Additional Information

Due to the client’s lease agreement, it was required that the contract was completed ahead of schedule by a week to allow them to move into the premises on a specific date.
