Mairead leads the Pharmaceutical Division at ADCO Contracting. With over 10 years experience in Ireland and internationally in pharmaceutical environments, Mairead has managed projects for clients such as MSD, Alexion. Pfizer. Allergan and Amgen. Mairead’s project work has included new builds, design & build. ft-out, refurbishment, cleanrooms and shutdowns. Mairead is responsible for the full remit of ADCO’s pharma division including contract negotiation, cost & waste minimisation, client management, stakeholder engagement and resource management.
Joe has more than 20 years under his belt nationally and internationally, having taken his trade to the US, Canada and the Middle East Acquiring a wealth of knowledge very rapidly, Joe began his career as an Engineer and swiftly moved from Project Manager to Contracts Manager Joe has been responsible for the safe and successful execution of a wide variety of construction projects including industrial commercial, pharmaceutical and fit out facilities.
Liam has 25 years of experience in delivering high-quality construction projects, he manages the organization of key clients and accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating the project activities. He combines the data-driven approach of his education in science with his experience as a site technician, quantity surveyor, and project manager to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.
Anita ensures that the best value is found in the marketplace for construction materials and supplies. As an experienced buyer, Anita likes to ensure that ADCO regularly “gives back” to the community and supports our regular charitable donations.

An experienced Project Manager and Chartered Engineer with an Honours Degree in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College and a Diploma of Project Management from The Australian Institute of Management, Sean joined ADCO to oversee new build, pharmaceutical and fit-out projects.
Mayela has been in numerous roles in the Construction Industry for over 10 years. 8 years of work experience as Project Administrator, controlling budgets of general contractors on large-scale residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects. 4 years of work experience on-site by lean construction. Experience implementing about 9 project management knowledge areas (PMI). She recently qualified as a Health and Safety Professional.

Ronan has mastered quality control through his experience as a cabinet maker and is now successfully bringing his expertise to large-scale construction projects such as Staycity Aparthotel, Allure and Oasis of the Seas and 190 Strand apartments London. As the fit-out manager on-site Ronan was involved in every aspect of the job, ensuring only the highest quality delivery of every milestone. Now he is taking his skills to the next level as the new head of ADCO’s fit-out division.
With more than 37 years of experience, Francis has worked in the Construction Industry from master carpenter to Site Manager. As Site Manager on projects, Francis has worked on large complex developments, multi-story pharmaceutical, food, and commercial projects, giving him the extensive knowledge and skills to deal with a range of building aspects. Francis has worked with Merck Sharp and Dhome since 2014. He has worked on other fit-out and general contracting with other pharmaceutical companies such as Ipsen Pharma, Amgen, Pfizer, Covidien, Forest Labs, and Leo Labs.
During his years working with ADCO Mick has delivered large complex developments, multi-story pharmaceutical, food and commercial projects such as MSD Swords, BMS, and Astellas.
Gisela’s knowledge of process and best practices standards provides insights on problems across functional areas of ADCO’s business. She contributes significantly to the success of the projects, efficient utilization of the resources, responsible for implementing new technologies at the company, standardizing streamlining processes. She helps the company in achieving strategic objectives and ensures business operations run smoothly to facilitate our frontline teams in achieving their project goals.
With over 17 years experience in the construction industry, Mark has overseen contracts throughout Ireland and the UK working for PJ Hegarty & Sons and Techrete. Mark joined ADCO in 2022 and is a valuable addition to our quantity surveying team.
With over 10 years experience in Mexico and Ireland, Karol is an accomplished Project Management Assistant (PMA) with experience addressing various business office needs through file and document management, inventory allocation and technical training.

As Site Manager on projects, Bill has worked on large complex developments, multi-story pharmaceutical, residential and commercial projects, giving him the extensive knowledge and skills to deal with a range of building aspects. He has managed operations on a day-to-day basis and ensured that work was done safely, on time and within budget, and to the right quality standards.
