Mairead leads the Pharmaceutical Division at ADCO Contracting. With over 10 years experience in Ireland and internationally in pharmaceutical environments, Mairead has managed projects for clients such as MSD, Alexion. Pfizer. Allergan and Amgen. Mairead’s project work has included new builds, design & build. ft-out, refurbishment, cleanrooms and shutdowns. Mairead is responsible for the full remit of ADCO’s pharma division including contract negotiation, cost & waste minimisation, client management, stakeholder engagement and resource management.
Keith has worked in the Construction Industry for more than 20 years, moving into Health & Safety in Biomass, PetroChem and Pharmaceutical Projects. As EHS Advisor on projects. Keith has worked on large complex projects, giving him the extensive knowledge and skills to deal with a range of building aspects.
Working as a bookkeeper and credit controller, Rita is key to maintaining cash flow through the business.

Stephen completed his Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety in 2020. Prior to this he gained a BA in Business and Sports Management Degree from Limerick IT in 2015 and has worked in a Marketing role. He has always had a keen interest in Health & Safety and the Construction sector, in particular. He worked with J. Murphy & Sons and Ruane Construction previously.

An experienced Project Manager and Chartered Engineer with an Honours Degree in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College and a Diploma of Project Management from The Australian Institute of Management, Sean has recently joined ADCO to oversee new build, pharmaceutical and fitout projects.
William Marks has worked in the Construction Industry for over 35 years. As Site Manager on projects, Bill has worked on large complex developments, multi-story pharmaceutical, residential and commercial projects, giving him the extensive knowledge and skills to deal with a range of building aspects. He has managed operations on a day-to-day basis and ensured that work was done safely, on time and within budget, and to the right quality standards.
Terry oversees the construction of projects and monitors activities on our sites. He is skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with crews/craft workers, ensuring health and safety codes are observed, and that work is completed to schedule.

Ronan has mastered quality control through his experience as a cabinet maker and is now successfully bringing his expertise to large scale construction projects such as Staycity Aparthotel, Allure and Oasis of the Seas and 190 Strand apartments London. As the quality control lead on-site Ronan will be involved in every aspect of the joh, ensuring the only the highest quality delivery of every milestone.

Francis has worked in the Construction Industry for more than 8 years from Site Engineer to Site Manager. As Site Manager on projects, Francis has worked on large complex developments, multi-story pharmaceutical, food, and commercial projects, giving him the extensive knowledge and skills to deal with a range of building aspects. Francis has worked with Merck Sharp and Dhome since 2014. He has worked on other fit-out and general contracting with other pharmaceutical companies such as Ipsen Pharma, Amgen, Pfizer, Covidien, Forest Labs, and Leo Labs.
Experienced civil engineer with expertise in producing results on various construction projects. A dedicated and results-driven professional, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. Gained extensive site management experience working with GMC Utilities Group, ESB, and SIAC. Also, have strong technical skills in AutoCAD and operating all setting out equipment. Carolina has 6 years of experience in the Brazilian Construction Sector. She has worked on multiple high-value projects ranging from high-rise residential building projects to the restructuring and renovation of a national heritage building. Carolina has a degree in Civil Engineering and after she proceeded to study Project Management and Quantity Surveying.
