Scope

ADCO Contracting was selected by Lindab to convert an old office space into customer-facing, public trading counter area for Lindab’s existing distribution facility.  This high profile project included

The demolition of internal ceilings and partitions

The installation of underground drainage to facilitate new WCs and coffee dock station

The installation of a new resin screed floor

The installation of a bespoke counter and dispatch windows

The installation of two rapid roller doors which required the manufacturing and installation of two steel goalposts and surrounding cladding

Successes

Similar to many of our high profile projects, loud works were limited to early and late in the day to avoid disruption of the client’s daily activities and business operations.   Despite the tight schedule and limited operating hours, the project was completed on schedule, within budget and with no incidents or accidents.
