Case Study

Scope

Refurbishment of the offices of the Irish Aviation Authority, at the The Times Building, Dublin. This project included the demolition and drylining of several internal walls, the installation of oak skirting and fireproof doors, as well as the addition of ironmongery on site.

Challenges

With many nearby businesses operating as normal, this project needed to cause as little disruption as possible. We successfully implemented acoustic attenuation to minimise disruption to neighbouring offices in a live environment.

Successes

Minimal disruption was caused to neighbouring businesses and the project was completed with a perfect safety record, as procedures were strictly upheld.
