Scope

MSD expands with the development of a multi-billion euro facility at Swords. In partnership
with PM Group & Jacobs Joint Venture, ADCO Contracting completed the internal finishes
scope for the Central Utilities Building, MS&T Labs and Bulk Drug Substance Building. The
project reached over 4,000,000 million man-hours on site with zero LTIs. This is the largest
facility of its kind, constructed in such a short time frame with an exemplary safety record.

Challenges

This project involved a significant, intense program with hard-line milestone handover
dates, as well as high interface with other trade partners. This project required
completion to very high standards, with immense attention to detail and sign off.

Successes

Program finished on time, with zero defects and zero accidents or LTI.
