Scope

The goal of this project was to modernise this office in preparation for letting.
This involved the demolition of internal walls to create open-plan office space, including
new metal frame ceiling, decorations, mechanical, electrical and security upgrades.

Challenges

The access to the site was challenging due to its location on a main road and
waste out/materials in required careful planning due to lack of parking.

Successes

This project was delivered on time, and on budget while working in a live
environment while causing minimal disruption.
