Temporary partitions to segregate work areas, strip out of mezzanine, removing concrete floor slab to access foundations and steelwork. Fabrication and installation of new structural steelwork, floor drains, gullies and manholes to accommodate equipment. Installation of a roller shutter door, floor tiles repairs and installation. New wall finishes including hygienic liner sheets for clinical environments.
Working to a very tight programme.
Working in a live production plant. The Mondelez Rathmore plant is fully operational 24 hours a day and produces 40 no. tonnes bags of chocolate crumb every shift.
The ADCO managers and operatives had to work in the live environment with the smell of Cadbury chocolate. This was the most challenging part of the job!
