including the installation of new mechanical and electrical services. Strip out of the reception area and remodel. Construction of 3 shower units in the basement, and remodelling of the basement lift to match the ground floor. Basement works are under BCAR.
Access, live environment, fully tenanted building, materials storage was minimal.
A high quality finish was achieved despite the challenges, and the client was happy with the new space.
