Scope

Provision of 3 backup generators, including 15,000 litre double skinned diesel storage tanks located beneath each generator and a transformer unit on each of the three tiers. New fuel unloading bay with forecourt fuel interceptor and associated ground works. Modular MV and LC switch room with associated foundations and earthworks. Management & coordination of mechanical & electrical packages.

Challenges

Works to be carried out in a live environment: a live CUB building, internal access road which must remain open, under a live pipe rack and in an area of dense existing underground live services.
