  • • Overall management of the day-to-day operations on site.
    • Manage morning staff meetings – delegating responsibilities through the General Foreman & team Leaders within the crews.
    • Assist in specifying the pricing document & cost control frame work document.
    • Budget control & manage all commercial & purchasing elements for all jobs being undertaken on-site & tracking RFI’s & Variations.
    • Overall responsibility to ensure quality of product, health & safety requirements & efficiency in work practices are maintained & enhanced.
