ADCO is looking for a  Quantity Surveyor to join our expert team. If you have extensive experience in quantity surveying and a strong ability to manage project costs effectively, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts from inception to final account stage.
• Analyze and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage budgets for subcontractors and preliminary expenses.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews and manage subcontractor procurement.
• Submit and negotiate monthly valuations, ensuring timely payments.
• Handle project variations and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with design teams and ensure risk management.

Professional Background:

• Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Experience in Ireland, with an advantage for experience in controlled environments, data centers, and pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
