ADCO is Hiring: EHS Advisor

Are you passionate about promoting safety and ensuring a healthy work environment within the construction industry? ADCO is seeking a dedicated EHS Advisor to join our team and support the implementation of our environmental health and safety programs. Work closely with our EHS Manager to foster a culture of safety and compliance across all our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to construction projects.
• Conduct Tool Box talks and safety training programs to educate employees and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review Safe Plans of Action (SPA) and Method Statements (RAMS) for construction tasks.
• Assist in hazard assessments, risk evaluations, and incident investigations.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement through active employee participation and safety committee meetings.
• Support the analysis of safety performance data and contribute to improvement plans.

Professional Background:

• Significant experience in environmental health and safety within the construction industry.
• Grounded experience in Ireland, with an advantage for experience in controlled environments, data centers, and pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in safety training and hazard identification.
