The project brief was to create a high quality office environment with a strong emphasis on Glanbia’s corporate branding. This entailed a fit out to the existing dated early 1990’s building to a modern reception, atrium and open plan office space providing an enhanced, more collaborative workspace for 150 staff. ADCO worked closely with Reddy Architecture to ensure the successful delivery of the project brief onree time and within budget.

A Business Continuity Plan was developed to ensure minimal disruption to the clients
daily work activities.
For Phase 1 the reception area and a number of offices were temporarily relocated to
two meeting rooms.
Due to fast-track programme and lead in of circle slide door and curtain walling ADCO
had only two days to complete finishing to Phase 1.
The week that Phase 1 was due to be handed over a major change to the stairs access to first floor from reception was introduced but ADCO managed this change and completed handover on the agreed date.
On completion of Phase 1 one of the meeting rooms was used as a temporary canteen while the other was used by staff displaced from the office works area during Phase 2.
