Execution
A Business Continuity Plan was developed to ensure minimal disruption to the clients
daily work activities.
For Phase 1 the reception area and a number of offices were temporarily relocated to
two meeting rooms.
Due to fast-track programme and lead in of circle slide door and curtain walling ADCO
had only two days to complete finishing to Phase 1.
The week that Phase 1 was due to be handed over a major change to the stairs access to first floor from reception was introduced but ADCO managed this change and completed handover on the agreed date.
On completion of Phase 1 one of the meeting rooms was used as a temporary canteen while the other was used by staff displaced from the office works area during Phase 2.
