ADCO Contracting, the Irish-indigenous construction, fit-out and new build contractor has announced the launch of a dedicated pharmaceutical division. The launch is the organisations response to both current and anticipated demand for fast fit-out, new build, and design and build projects across the pharma sector in Ireland. The new division will service both existing and recent acquired clients requiring pharma-specific construction expertise.
ADCO’s Mairead Luttrell has been appointed to head up the division. Prior to the new role, Luttrell worked for six years as a Project Manager at ADCO with responsibility for delivering several key large-scale pharmaceutical and medical related projects across Ireland.
Luttrell joined ADCO Contracting in 2011 as a Site Engineer before re-joining the company in 2014 after a two-year period working abroad as a Project Engineer in Australia. Most recently at ADCO, Luttrell has been responsible for the successful delivery of a €10 million architectural finishes package at MSD Biotech in Swords, Dublin. The project, delivered in partnership with PM Group and Jacobs Engineering, recently delivered over 4,000,000 manhours on site with zero loss time incidents.
